Kydex is a high-quality, thermoplastic acrylic-polyvinyl chloride material. It is widely praised for its extreme durability, rigidity, and chemical resistance. Unlike leather or nylon, Kydex won't stretch, shrink, or rot over time. It is custom-molded using heat and pressure to perfectly fit specific firearm models, providing an incredibly secure fit and a crisp "click" when holstered.

Yes! Every single holster is hand-crafted and finished in our workshop. While we use precise molding techniques to ensure an exact fit for your firearm, the cutting, smoothing of the edges, assembly, and quality checks are all done entirely by hand by our experienced makers.

Choosing the right holster depends entirely on how you plan to carry. Ask yourself these three quick questions to narrow it down:

• Inside the Waistband (IWB): Best if your primary goal is deep concealment. These sit inside your pants and are perfect for daily concealed carry.

• Outside the Waistband (OWB): Best for open carry, range days, or competitive shooting where comfort and speed are your top priorities.

• Carry Position: Do you prefer carrying on your hip, strong-side, or appendix (front)? Make sure to select a holster designed for your preferred style, and always double-check that you select the correct hand dominance (Right or Left handed) and the exact make and model of your firearm.

• Lead Times: Because our holsters are handmade to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your item ships.

• Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

• Carrier: We primarily ship via USPS and FedEx. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your setup. If your holster isn't a perfect fit for you, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

• The item must be in new, unused condition.

• Custom orders with highly specific modifications may be subject to a restocking fee or limited return options.

Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. All of our holsters come with a Lifetime Warranty covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your holster cracks, breaks, or fails under normal operational use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Note: Our warranty does not cover intentional damage, unauthorized modifications, or the loss of hardware over time.

Care Instructions

Kydex is incredibly low-maintenance, but a little upkeep goes a long way:

• Cleaning: Simply wipe it down with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove dirt, sweat, or debris. Let it air dry completely. Never use harsh chemical solvents or throw it in the dishwasher.

• Hardware Check: The vibrations from daily carry can occasionally loosen screws. We highly recommend checking your hardware every few weeks to ensure all screws remain snug. You can apply a small drop of threadlocker (like blue Loctite) to the screws once you have dialed in your perfect retention.
